How do I install WordPress myself?
The easiest method to install WordPress on your hosting is to use a script called Fantastico that usually comes with your hosting package. As long as you are familiar with cpanel, it doesn't get much easier than that.

Which hosting do you recommend for my blog?
Notwithstanding a plethora of hosting providers in the market, personally I'd recommend Hostgator for its superb hosting package and more importantly, its handy support system for any technical issue.

What if I already own a hosting provider?
We will charge a one-time fee of $99.99 to have your blog setup and optimized professionally in less than 48 hours. To sweeten the deal, we will throw in a 2-hour blog consultation via Skype to help shorten your learning curve. Each additional hour thereafter will be charged at $50 an hour.
